    Thank you. Also when menu says cereal for breakfast but no milk mentioned, do I have to substitute something else to get milk or is it assumed people put milk in cereal?

    Yes, I was wondering the same thing. I like a little milk in my morning coffee, can I have less Yoghurt for example to make up for the splash of Milk?
