Hi, just joined today, my menu plan has lots of snacks, more than I’d usually have, do I have to have them for the plan to work or can I leave them out?
Someone official will probably respond, but the whole idea of the TDC is to eat 6 a day, and be sure and eat from each of the categories as recommended. Join a couple of the community groups and you will find some helpful people.
