    Is it ok to eat only fruits for my snacks? Do I need to have a carb and protein for every meal or snack? I’m still struggling with the combinations of foods eaten together.

    Hi, Sattypoo. It is often better for your metabolism (especially if you are a diabetic), but if the fruit is fresh and whole, it may be OK. Just pay attention to how your body reacts.
