im new to this and am concerned about how much i have to eat. all i usually have for my breakfast is cereal and coffee. how on earth am i going to eat a bread roll.an omelate and a bowl of cereal? I\’ll have to get up half an hour earlier to eat it all.to be honest i am usually hungry by 10am and start craving my lunch so maybe all this breakfast will help.we\’ll see:-)
