We started this eating plan 2 weeks ago. My wife and I are in our early 70’s. I think men need a little
more to eat then women; I’m 5’9″ and weight 202 and my wife is 5’1″ and weighs around 135. How should my
eating portions differ from my wife’s? I bought some goats milk but I didn’t see it on any menus. If I wanted to have some once in a while, where would I fit it into my eating plan?
Thanks. knbishop8
Hi, knbishop8, and welcome. Bravo that you and your spouse are doing this together. You are correct, that generally men need more than women. You need about 15% more than your wife, which is about a sixth.
Goat’s milk is in the Menu Planner lists, but in case you can’t find it, note that you can swap in 3/4 cup (180 ml) for each cup of low-fat cow’s milk.
