    Wondering if a commercial soup broth such as Swansons is okay to use

    Hi, lehers. Swanson’s organic line is fine, but the regular has more overly processed ingredients than we would recommend.

    I prefer fresh veg soup made with chicken stock cubes carrots leek celery parsley red lentils and split peas……is this ok ?
