As the weather cools I’ll be grabbing soups out of my freezer often for lunch until they are gone. Mostly will be Chili ( sometimes with a few pinto Beans..sometimes not..ground beef) or taco soups with loads of Beans in them. My question, on days I get one of these..how much and what and how much should I put with them? What is a good “rule of thumb” on this? This will probably be a couple times a week .
Thanks Jan 76
Hi, Jan76. You can get a good sense of things by looking up similar soups in our searchable “Recipes” collection (link in the toolbar near the top of this page), as well as how much of the ingredients you are generally allotted in your meals here.
