SusiLewisMemberHi… I remember seeing a couple posts re: where to buy and/or order by mail, SWG products, i.e. breads, flour etc.
I cannot find that info anywhere on the club. I just may have missed it and am still getting used where to find things anyway. I have only been on here a couple days. Love it ! thank you for any help.
Now if I can just remember where to come to read the answer, that would be fabulous.December 20, 2013 at 8:10 am #16846

DeborahjjhayesMemberEzekiel bread that is in the freezer section of most grocery stores is what I get. It is very good and comes in many different flavors.

SusiLewisMemberThanks for the help ladies! I used to get Ezekiel all the time. I think our whole health store an hour away carries it. I have Dave’s Killer bread to tide me over in the meantime. Discovered it while visiting my daughter in Oregon. It is GMO free/organic/whole grainy, but still some wheat. Not sure if I am gluten sensitive or not. Playing that one out, down the road. Much to do to get acquainted with all this program has to offer! So glad I signed up.

LeeJayMemberI tried the sesame and cinnamon raisin Ezekiel bread and I love it. So is it healthy because there is no flour? I have noticed I do feel full for along time after eating 2 slices in the morning with organic almond butter on it. I understand how you feel SusiLewis, I am still confused about how to find topics and follow a conversation. I do really like this site and all the helpful suggestions. I must admit, the holidays have posed a big problem but now that they are over I actually find I am just sick of all the junk food. I am looking forward to fitting into my old jeans again (someday)
