MemberHi, Raisay. We recommend organic unsweetened (without carageenan, if you can find it). If you are a vegan and don’t take nutritional supplements, we recommend a type fortified with vitamins B12 and D at the very least (some are also fortified with calcium and vitamin B2, which are excellent additions).

MemberI see on my menu whole cow milk. I generally drink 2%. I’ve tried unsweetened almond milk and didn’t care for it. Should I switch to whole cow’s milk or is the 2% ok?

MemberHi, LauriM. Whole milk is preferable, but 2% is an OK compromise, especially if it is A & D fortified and there are no “milk solids” added.
