Can almond milk be used instead of soy milk?
Hi, golfunit. Sure – just keep in mind that almond milk does not have protein in it, and do try to get the unsweetened type.
So, how much protein should I add (let’s say beef) to make up for the lost protein of the soy milk? Thanks!
Hi, golfunit. You don’t need to add any protein here, as this plan is already high in protein – I was just making sure you were aware of the difference. In general, an ounce of beef would cover the protein in a cup of soy milk.
