you claim that soy milk is one of the 5 foods we sgould never eat. I really like soy milk. Is there any type that is healthy? How do I know the difference? What do I look for on the label? Also, are soy nuts the same as soybeans? If not, are soy nuts OK to eat on this diet?

Organic, organic, organic – anything that isn’t is probably GMO in the worst way. Beyond that, fermented is optimum – that’s the way it was intended to be eaten, according to centuries of Asian health wisdom. Sprouted soy is also a good option, as it may neutralize some of the “anti-nutrients” in soy, similarly to fermentation.
Soy nuts in small amounts can be OK, as they are soaked and roasted, which does do away with some of the “anti-nutrients” (though not as much as fermentation or sprouting). If you eat the as part of a nutrient-rich diet and do not have a weak digestive system, you should be fine.
