Is soy sauce or low sodium soy something to be avoided on this diet plan? I also eat fat free light yogurt every morning. Is this something that should be avoided since it does contain a sugar alternative?
Low-sodium soy sauce is just fine, but do remember that it does contain some calories and sodium, and so small amounts are recommended.
If you can find a fat-free yogurt without an artificial sweetener, that would be idea. Example: http://www.oikosyogurt.com/greek-yogurt/fat-free-greek-yogurt/.
However, the ideal choice is to buy unflavored and add your own flavoring, i.e. fruit-only jam, dried fruit and natural sweeteners such as monkfruit or xylitol, etc.
