    Hello,
    I make my own bread, including spelt. My menu says 2 slices spelt bread but I have no ides how big the slices should be or how much they should weigh. I could make the slices far too big without realising it! Help please.

    Hi, Tillygirl. Each slice should be about 25-30 grams.
