    Am new to WA & would like to know of some outlets for buying either white or w/m spelt flour. In Vic. where I come from, I always got up on the w/end with the smell of hot bread cooked earlier while I was still snoring. Any leads will be welcome. I am now in Riverton on the lookout!!

    Hi, rudell9. Spelt and other specialty flours can be found at health-oriented stores, including large chains such as Whole Foods. Costco and WalMart also carry them.
