MemberCan someone tell me other then my spouse eating the same thing as myself… if we are able to add our spouse to the account so he can work on this with me as made specific to his food likes and keeping tract of foods and goals or does he need to buy his own product.

MemberHi, Financier. Sorry, it really is an individual thing. If you can select foods together and as you put it, eat the same thing, I can give you a conversion factor for the amount he would need compared to you (I would also need his age, weight, height, and activity level).

MemberWe are a family of 4. Can you give me a conversion factor for a female, 52 years, 130 lbs, 5 ft. 6 in, exercising almost every day, with different routines of stretching (yoga) and cardio that vary between 20-50 min, but other than that, fairly sedentary-would like to lose 2-4 lbs, but then maintain on the same foods as the primary dieter on the program. Thanks. I will give you the other 2 members when I have their info.

MemberHi, MariV. You two would probably need about the same amounts. By the way, 130 lbs is a good weight for a woman who is 5’6. Why is she interested in weight loss?
