I have some organic sprouted beans (mung, lentil, adzuki) and wonder how these can be incorporated into the plan. I understand that they are more healthy than the “normal”ones even of the same variety.
Hi, Bonnie. Yes, sprouted beans are absolutely one of the best forms (in addition to carefully fermented). Just choose regular beans as you go through the Menu Planner, and swap in the sprouted ones.
