MemberStevia is a great and healthy sugar substitute.
Coconut oil is supposed to be very healthy as long as it is not over processed, but it’s not good for low fat, low cholesterol diets.April 2, 2013 at 6:26 am #10571FloreceN
MemberI use stevia all of the time & coconut oil. It is very good for you. Use all in moderation. Stevia is sweeter than sugar.

MemberHi, all. Stevia is indeed one of the best natural non-carb sweeteners out there, and is definitely recommended in this program. Coconut oil definitely has its advantages, but in small amounts, and as was mentioned here, is not necessarily for everyone
(most of the research showing benefits was conducted in populations genetically accustomed to coconunts, which can make a huge difference in how the body responds).April 2, 2013 at 3:49 pm #10592fishing
MemberWhich is better Stevia or Stevia in the raw?

MemberHi, Fishing. Stevia is better, as the term “Stevia in the raw” has additives that are not consistent with “unprocessed”.
