    When you have a stew with everything in it one up one serving can you have a serving of pasta rice or potatoes with it please let me know

    Hi, Fredadacosta. Yes, of course, just count it toward your daily totals. Each 1/2 cup of pasta or potatoes, or 1/3 cup of rice is a carbohydrate exchange. Are you using the Menu Planner application or the Express Meal Plans (i.e., 14-day or 21-day)?
