I have diverticulitis and have been told to avoid seeds and nuts. When I look at your diet plan there are a lot of seeds and nuts. Is there a way to substitute these items on the menu plan? When I tried to change the almonds, the diet plan just gave me more choices in the type of nut I could eat. Not very helpful for a person in my situation.
Hi, alcjohn2. It looks like you’re using the Ready-to-Go menus, which are based on popular foods among all Clubmembers. I suggest that you use the full Menu Planner application (in “Apps” above) so that you can choose the foods that work for you and avoid the ones that don’t.
