MemberI have just started looking at the food choices and I find a lot of the recipes and ingredients are foreign to me. I live in South Australia and things like apricot butter and stevia syrup and all the bread types are so different to what we have here. How can I adapt without finding the whole thing just too much to endure.

MemberThat is why the Menu Planner application features so many foods – you can choose what you want to appear in your daily menus. SWG breads are available in Australia, as are whole grain items. As for Stevia syrup, don’t worry – light sweeteners that are OK on this program include Stevia powder, too, as well as xylitol and monkfruit sweeteners. If you want, you can order some of these items online.
