What are some strategies for things I can do to create healthy lunches that are easy to take into an office environment. I have a microwave available, but no other facilities to prepare foods.
Hi, ChuckyDave. Sandwiches are popular, as are trail mixes and the traditional yogurts, fruits, and vegetables. You can also fill thermoses with hearty soups or shakes (you can find good recipes on this site). If you have a way to reheat food at work, you can make meals ahead the night before or on the weekends, and freeze them in individual servings for each work day.
