    I start out the week strong because I spend Sunday cooking up meals for 2 days. By Wed/Thurs I don’t have anything prepared ahead find it difficult to stick with the plan for the rest of the week. Suggestions?

    Hi, Rosie. Try cooking for more than 2 days, and freeze the additional portions. You can also eat more basic foods later in the weak, such as canned beans, sandwiches, ready-cut salads.
