Anchor1MemberI have been following the plan but really struggle on the weekends. I was off work for a week on Spring Break and did absolutely terrible. Getting ready to start week 5 and was wondering if I should recommit and keep going or start over from week 1? Appreciate any advice Thanks!!

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Anchor. Yes of course you can start over – as often as you want. Remember that these set backs are all part of going forward (believe it or not!). Hang in there 🙂

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, asbeehiive. That’s great that you’re in tune with your satiety cues! You actually do have some wiggle room. If you want to cut back by about 1/8, that’s fine. You are welcome to post your menu here and list what you do and don’t eat from it, and I can run some calculations and make recommendations.

Ossie-SharonMemberAn important point to add is that the program is actually overall low in carbs – about 40-45% of energy (vs. about 65% in a standard diet). If you make good carb choices, meaning those in the lighter blue shades in the Menu Planner lists, the amount of “available” carbs will be even lower.
