I have been on this 14 days diet for nearly three week , and it seems my weight starting piling up. The diet on the menu planner that I have there are too many recipes , which requires lots of cooking. Is there a way to have only two receipts in a day, instead of so many small ones.
please let me know if anybody can give me any suggestions. also need to know can carry on that 14 days diet menu or not.

when you make your own menu on the menu planner make sure you pick single items not a lot of recipes and then as you make it there is an option to vary recipes. click few and it should help. i struggles with that to. it takes a bit to make the right weekly menu for you.
