KeymasterHi jeanjeannie,
You can go to your profile (click on your username in the orange bar on top) and there check the “Non Dairy” option. Then click “save changes”.
Now the Menu Planner will create a menu for you without milk products.Enjoy!

MemberI have just started and on my first day I really wasn’t that hungry at breakfast time so I just ate oatmeal. Same thing happened on some of the snack times, I did eat a little something for snack 1 & 2, but I have just recently retired and find that I do have a lot of time on my hands, so I have tried not to eat to much because of that. I am trying to lose 10 pounds which I think is in my belly. So not sure how all this will go but I will try.

MemberHi, Dawniedark. Absolutely! V-8 is excellent, especially the low-sodium version.

MemberHi, Lilyrico. Either feta or ricotta cheeses are fine substitutes for goat’s milk cheese.
