I find that in the morning, I seem to be eating most of the time. Would a shake for breakfast being – 1/2 banana, 1/4 cup frozen blueberry, 1/2 cupu balkan style yogurt (6%mf, 3g sugar) and tart cherry juice, with 1/4 tsp of spirulina and 1/4 tsp Vit c. Then for snack, 2swg bread with almond butter and grapes. Does this sound okay? It seems to work, in that I can drink the shake while getting ready in the early morning, then for snack (10:30am) I have more time for the toast, etc.
Also, it is easier, in that going on my computer, looking up diet for the day, doing exchanges, etc., takes quite a bit of time! I seem to be on my computer more……not fun!
Hi, Karolyn. It sounds like a great idea – if that is enough for you depends on your nutritional needs. What is your height, weight, and age? Activity level?
If you are relatively new to the program, it will seem like it takes a lot of time, but as you get used to it, it will get easier and faster.
