I am on my second week of doing this program, at first I was quite sceptical, I have tried many more times, and like everyone else I had taken the weight off, but put it back on and more after a time. I find found it very difficult, I didnt really understand why I when I wasnt eating, or eating only 2 times a day, why I was still putting on the weight, since I started this 2 weeks ago, I have lost 11 lbs, and I have hope that something is now going to work. I have a long way to go, and I know that safely loosing 2 lbs a week is safe, but as long as its coming off, and not on, Im not complaining. 🙂

Hi Kathyhudspeth post from a week ago. I just read your post your bloting (sp) may be from eating wheat porducts. When myself or my daughter eat to many bread (wheat, glutin) products we puffup like you can not believe, and are not feeling well for a while after. I would suggest cutting back on or taking out wheat and glutin (sp) items. Hope htis helps

It’s sad that you feel you have wasted your money guys. I am simply replacing what I don’t know or can’t afford with things that are more simple and affordable. It’s a challenge but I;m actually excited to be using new foods and trying different approaches. Don’t give up. Just mix it up!

Hi everyone,I am trying to follow the food plan with food that is healthy. Also have a diabetic app that I am using to keep my carbs in line. The menus seem crazy to me.I am taking them as a example and inserting foods I am familiar with.

The healthy supplies web site based in Brighton UK offers the SWG breads and other products that are included in the diet. Good luck

I started this program 12 days ago and have lost 10 lbs. I have tried diets for the past 11 years and have never lost this much so soon. I know the weight loss will slow down…may not even lose the next week or 2, but I feel great and so do my kids. I can’t believe the change in all of us! Eating many times a day is my biggest challenge. Unlike my previous attempts, this program doesn’t stress me out. If I don’t precisely follow the menu, it still works. I think the most important part is the natural food (and portion control…another challenge of mine!). My focus this time is healthy eating, not how fast I can lose weight. Surprisingly this is how I have lost the most weight.

I just started this diet. For breakfast I had oatmeal with milk and pecans and blueberries. My 3yr old liked it so much she ate it for me and is still eating it.

I just started this diet a week ago, I feel so much better since I started to eat healthy foods. The challenge is to get my husband on board. He has diabetes so I know this will help him control his blood sugar. Slowly but surely I am convincing him this is the right thing to do.
