MemberIm happy as I have gone from 96kilos down to 90.8…hope it keeps going, it has been slow I guess that makes progress even more satisfying. 🙂

MemberI hit my first goal today!!!!! That’s 20 lbs off since Jan 1, a real slow rate but good. There’s still a few rolls and pads I want to whittle down a bit, so I’ll stay on for another 5 lb. Then I’ll be the weight I was when I married……50 years ago this week! Not the same shape, though 🙂

MemberI’m 67 and so glad I joined TrimDown Club. In 3 months of proper diet using the Menu Planner (modified for my needs) and constant exercise, I’ve lost 25 lbs. My lungs and heart are happier, not to mention my mindset. Once you adjust to different food tastes, it gets easier. Cheat? Heck yes, but in GREAT moderation. If you are thinking about getting healthier …. what’s stopping you? Really!

MemberMy spouse, John, and I both started the Trim Club Plan of eating healthier on June l of this year. We have both lost 12 lbs. in the last two months. It is a lot slower weight loss than we experienced in other “diets”, but then the weight did not stay off once you went off the diet. This is not a diet. It is a way of life and we will eat this way for the rest of our lives. Our goal is to each lose 60 lbs over the next year. We can do this. I know from experience that my body thinks I am starving it, but if I hang in there long enough, it will get the message that this time I am serious!

MemberLess than two weeks in and already lost nearly 3kg ! look better, feel better & as a side effect the wife has also lost 2kg eating the same as me, I actually eat more now than I did before.

MemberWhat kind of Voodoo is this……? barely a month on this plan and 5kg down despite eating a lot more regular than I used to, I’d recommend this to everyone and just stick with it !!!

MemberI started eating organic this week and will say it is very good. I am having a great time cooking. Surprisingly because I am not a good cook, barley can boil an egg. I am a little over weight, 100 pounds would be a good start. I would love to be a single person instead of a group. I will let you know how I am doing. I am excited.
