MemberI have just come home from the eye doctor. My eyes are not real bad but they are not 20 20 either. Last year my doctor gave me a 2.50 contact level. I have only been with the TDC since August. How about my new contacts are a 2.0. He asked me had i lost weight recently. I told him yes, 14 pounds. Then he asked me had i changed my eating habits and of course i said yes. He said vegetables right. I said yes. He said he sees this happen to people when they change their eating habits their eyes get better.
Since i am on this subject, I went to my general doctor last month and he was tickled pink. He was ready to prescribe cholesterol pills to me. He said all my numbers have gone down. So for anyone who thinks the TDC does not work. It has for me. It is a lot of work, you have to plan and really work with the meal planner. I was never use to planning for my meals. But planning really helps and I need the menu planner to help me not choose the wrong foods.
I just wanted to share my happiness and appreciation for TDC. Thank you for being here. I am so happy.

MemberAwesome RoMco, I’m a believer too in regards to cholesterol benefits. Mine went from 244 to 183 after I changed my diet and added fish oil/plant sterols. So happy others have seen good results here.

MemberSuccess for me is having started as part of this group. I am ready to take back my life and get fit and feel great. I’m at 180 pounds now, most I have ever weighed in my life. Ready, set, go! My goal: 140 pounds on my 5’5 frame. Lose all my belly fat, for good.

MemberSince August 2014 to January 10, 2015 I have lost 23.5 lbs. Besides the menu plan, and diet journal I am doing chair exercises twice a week and chair Tai Chi once a week. I am also taking Belly Trim XP capsule 2 at breakfast and 2 capsules at lunch (our main hot meal of the day). I am so happy as I am in a power wheelchair and cannot stand, nor walk.

MemberHi, Just joined a week ago and have managed to lose 3lbs, having trouble sourcing a lot of the ingredients but I am lucky as my husband was a chef for 20 years. I have always eaten healthy food but have never heard of some of the ingredients listed. I am quite a good cook and enjoy cooking and make my own bread wholemeal bread but can’t find the SWG flour recommended does anyone have any ideas where to get this? Also Canadian bacon, is there a UK equivalent? Hope somebody can help

MemberHello all. I haven’t finished my first week yet, I’m on day 6. I could not file at work for more than a minute without my lower back feeling like someone hit it with a bat. I filed yesterday for 20 minutes with no pain. To borrow from another famous weight loss program, that is a NSV – non-scale-victory. Looking forward to many more, and to see how much I’ve lost tomorrow. Carry on fellow warriors!

MemberI have lost a total of 13 lbs since January. I think that is a great lost considering I have not followed the diet correctly. I am going to do better this coming month and by June I hope to lose the last 59 pounds. Pray that I do. Thanks

MemberI’ve been doing the TDC plan over a year. I have lost over 35 lbs. and have much more energy! I had pain in my legs and feet, not anymore! I could not walk up stairs without being winded, not anymore, now I run up stairs. I was in a size 16 and a X-large. Now I’m wearing a size 7 and mediums! i feel that I finally after all these years know how much, what and and when to eat! I eat out and maintain without gaining! I would love to loose 25 more lbs, but I know it will happen!! I even get an exercise in each day either cardio, lower body, upper body, palates’, yoga! I love to mix it up! If I tell myself I’m too tired, I do it anyway!
So if you are just starting or have been doing this, just keep reading! Great info with this plan and meeting people from all over the world is a nice bonus!! - AuthorPosts
