MemberI’m on my third day with trim down club and have lost 10 lbs. I cant stop saying that. I sounds soooooo gooooood….! Its great to wake up with a purpose again. Pounds….! Your going DOWN…..! WHOAH…!

MemberHi, happy year to all!! Joined this week with a motivation & goal to loss 2 stone before May 2013. Bought new scales to monitor any loss, however I intend to keep the scales in packaging until early February. Had a serious fridge sort out yesterday. Here goes! GCD x

MemberJust joined this afternoon…hoping to lose 60 lbs of unwanted fat. Also started Jillian Micheals revolution tapes. So based on following this and exercising 30 minutes a day…should work. I will see. Like hearing that others had doubts but are seeing results. I like all the choices and menus this provides with simple food choices.

Memberthere is a new rumour going around in the uk that you only need 3 mins of very strenuous exercise per day but i reckon this needs to be investigated a lot more, heath probs etc?

MemberHyperthyroidism, menopause, and quitting smoking all happening at same time has added 32 lbs to my size 2 body. The thyroid is the main culprit. I’m on meds which are slowing my metabolism. They keep upping the dosage and I have been gaining 1 – 4 lbs/week for the last 10 weeks. I’ve been following a strict diet plan and exercising daily. Since I started this diet plan I’ve gone from 135 to 141 lbs. right now I’m at 136.5lbs. Since the thyroid gland regulates your metabolism, once it goes haywire, even dieting and exercising doesn’t guarantee control over your weight. I’m at my wits end. So depressing to live on 1350 calories per day, eat very healthy foods, and exercise at least an hour per day and then stand on the scales and see that I’ve gained weight. This program is right on, though, if you’re not fighting against your thyroid gland. I’ve done sooooo much research on healthy living since I’ve been diagnosed, and this one site offers pretty much everything that I’ve found in all my research. I’ll continue the plan hoping that my thyroid gland will go into remission. Thanks.

Welcome to the club. Glad to see you are both excited. I’ve only been on the plan for 5 days and have already lost those first 5 pounds! I’m sure it is water weight but it is still very encouraging. Best advise I can give is to read all you can. Scroll to the bottom of the page and read through FAQ’s, up at the top you can click on articles and also browse through the threads in the community. Just looking at the topics should be helpful.And Bcm001 ~ one of the snacks that shows up alot on my menu is a cup of herbal tea and 1oz. of cheese. Sounded like a weird combo to me at first…but it’s really good 😉

MemberHi everyone, it is good to hear the success stories. I have a problem in that I can’t read the PDF downloads, my machine tells me I have the facility but it doesn’t work. Is there any other way I can get the information I need?
