    Well done to all Newbeeies…..i’ve been using these tools for two weeks now and altho i haven’t weighed myself to find out how much i’ve lost (dont have scales) i can tell in my clothing that i have shrunk alittle…yay!
    Also my moods are more even keel and when it comes to stress….well what stress? it just seems to float over me while i deal with whatever it is 🙂
    I exercise for 30mins (brisk walking) every day and i have claimed my sons dumbells for a 10 min arm raising workout.
    I feel great, loads more energy since given up all wheat items.
    So stick with it guys…you are making a change (what you are currently eating isnt working for you as it wasn’t for me).
    Change = results

    I would like to hear from participants also. I have made my menu but I am appalled at how many calories are in each meal. Seems that if I ate 600 plus calories at each meal I would gain weight. Anxious to hear your stories.

    Hello Patrician, I just read your story and I’m inspired. I also don’t like all the odd/weird foods. I don’t even like the normal foods such as cottage cheese so I’ve found it hard to stay on track. Is there any suggestions you can make that would help? I would love to see the scale go down. Also, I’m having issues with the progress metor, it will not allow me to get on to it, any idea’s? cgoode

    Hi everyone! Just started last week! I weighed myself this morning and was happy to see my weight was down 4 pounds! Yeah! I haven’t been eating as much as the menus indicate, but I have been eating healthier, no sugar, low carbs and I think smart-snacking between meals keeps me from reaching for those high calorie foods or overeating at meal times.

    I agree there is too much food to eat. So with not eating some of the items in a meal or cutting out a snack you are still losing?

    I have been on the diet for 11 days and have lost 9 pounds! I cannot believe how much I have lost with all the food I am eating. I am actually eating more volume than I did before starting the plan. I must admit that I have cut down on some of the portions because I get full, and do not think I should continue eating if my body say “stop”. The key is that I am eating whole grains and unprocessed foods. I have also been using organic produce and dairy products. I have more energy and do not have cravings or feel deprived in any way. This has been great for me.

    So far, I have lost 6 pounds. I’m trying to follow this diet by adapting the veges and fruits that I have to what the menu prints out. I haven’t been able to get raw milk so far that hasn’t been a problem. When lunch time comes I am hungry but I eat only the amounts advised and then I’m satisfied but ready for snack time when that comes.

    A reply from a new member on the other side of the pond. Over four decades I have been on every diet imaginable, and the surprising thing is that they all work! But I have learned that losing wieght and keeping it off requires life-style changes that make your nutritional choices a way of life. For me, portion control is the key: no meal over 400 calories and along with a few snacks, spaaced no more than 4 hours apart. Also, eating enough calories to let your body know that you are not starving but not eating more calories than you matabolize each day helps me reach my goals.

    Hello everyone–I’m just starting. Trying to figure where the menu. All the food preferences are complete now I can’t find the actual menu.
    I’ve been ill for three years. The meds I’m on play hell with my appetite. Of course I ate all the wrong stuff. Now I hope I can satisfy my big appetite with the the right food.
    I live in Fairbanks Alaska and its very hard to get fresh foods that look edible. However, I’m sure ill be able to make it work. I’m wishing us all good luck. I’ll keep u posted on my progress–/Debby

    Day three for me. I feel really weird. Does your body go through some sort of detox???

    I tried eating everything on the menu plan in the beginning of December to see if this is for me… strange combinations of food but it’s REAL FOOD – I lost 6 lbs in one week then the craziness of the holidays overtook me and now I’m back on track…. I substitute some of the meals from the recipe collection and it works for me. Been feeling under the weather with the cold/flu season but sticking with the meal plan – my first week has been rough but that’s from detoxifying I’m sure, feeling better and better each day. I think eliminating processed food is the key and eating small portions every two to three hours with larger intake in the beginning of the day and decreasing as the day unfolds is the trick to weight loss. It’s working for me 🙂

    Hello. I am from Australia and I am one week in and have lost 800gm (1.76 pounds) without even trying! I have been unable to eat a LOT of the food as I was just too full (or usually the weather is just too hot) and would be ill if I tried to! However, I know that if I am feeling hungry (which is very rare at the moment) I know that I have to eat (as I usually have been frantically busy at work and haven’t noticed the time slip by). I am very impressed so far!!
