How do I count for this in my meal plan?
Hi, Deb0514. It depends on how much you use during a day, and what the nutritional values of the product are – specifically, how many calories and grams of fat and carbohydrate there are. What brand do you use?
15 calories 1 g fat and 1 g carbs thanks for your help oh and 0 sugar
Hi, Deb0514. You can use up to two servings per day without counting it. If your creamer is sweetened, try to find a brand with a natural sweetener like Stevia or erythritol rather than an artificial sweetener (sucralose, Splenda, acesulfame K, saccharin). Artificial sweeteners can work against your efforts here if you eat/drink them in large amounts.
Can I use Stevia to sweeten my coffee?
Hi, Whisau. Stevia is an excellent choice!
