Tagged: Recommended sweeteners
Hello everyone,
I’ve just started this plan, and I am wondering what would you recommend as another sugar substitute other than stevia? Or can I use maple as a replacement for some of the recipes?
Xylitol and monkfruit sweeteners are just fine, and have less of an aftertaste than Stevia. Maple syrup is more concentrated in sugar than we would recommend.
My wife and I have used splenda for a number of years with good results
Splenda is the better of the artifical sweeteners, but it is still artificial. Try Splenda’s new sister Nectresse from the same company – natural monkfruit+erythritol.
Thank you Ossie, Frank for you answers.
