I have been on the diet for the past four weeks and have lost four pounds which I suppose is not too bad, as losing weight slowly is better for us. I have been doing it with the help of the menu planner to the letter but without any of the supplements that are constantly being pushed at us. I do not want to take tablets that stimulate weight loss as I feel this is artificial and have always felt that a good balanced diet will provide all the nutrients that one needs. Surely overeating and lack of exercise are the prime reasons we are overweight. Is anyone else losing weight without supplements or is everyone using them for help?
Hi, Gloria. Many people are losing weight without the supplements. For those who have metabolic health issues and/or are struggling, the supplements are there.
