Can we eat a his for lunch/dinners?
Thanks
Sorry! Autocorrect. Should say “sushi” lol
Hi, Gerardine. Of course! It’s all a matter of keeping track of how much rice you take in. The average piece of nigiri (the “bar” type that comes in pairs or combination plates) is about 1/2 carb exchange, and 1/6 of the average roll is about 1/3 of a carb exchange.
If you can, try asking for brown rice instead of the white.
