I am a Splenda user. What should I use instead-especially in my green tea?
I also love cereal as a breakfast choice-what are some good choices?
I’m in the same boat…is Stevis considered an artificial sweetner?
Hi, Deedie and Wakaruk. Stevia is a natural sweetener, though some versions (i.e. Truvia) are processed.
In contrast, Splenda is an artificial sweetener, and shown in studies to actually work against what you are both trying to achieve in this program. If you don’t like the aftertaste of Stevia, try monk fruit or xylitol – both natural, with no carbohydrates.
hi ossie I buy whole earth pure via ingredients bulking agent maltodextrin sweetener steviol glycosides natural flavourings is this ok
What about just using small amounts of sugar or nectresse?
