Hi, caweigh00. Monk fruit is excellent. You can read more about our thoughts on sweeteners here: http://www.trimdownclub.com/the-best-way-to-sweeten-your-tea.
I’m wondering if honey is an ok sweetener for my hot tea?
Anybody know if stevia sweetener is ok
Hi to all. Stevia is great and “free”; honey is good, but keep an eye on the amount, as it can add up quickly – up to the first teaspoon (5 ml) is “free,” but after that, you’ll need to start subtracting from carbs in your menu (each 2 teaspoons or 10 ml = 1/2 carb).
