MemberHi Patty. Well, I never knew you can also find SWG in the frozen section. That’s great. I will note my wife, since lately she is taking care of the groceries shopping. 😀
Welcome to the community and I hope you’ll find it useful.

ParticipantNow that I understand what SWG means. What is it? Also can you find it in all countries. (ei: Canada or is it under another name). I also just started. I will try to get going here. However my job is still really hecktick. I work at a Summer Resort. Which means I only work for 6 months of the year. But I so need to do something. That is why I say that I will try very hard to get thing rolling.
Thanks for now talk to you later.August 16, 2012 at 9:25 pm #1468Winn
ParticipantAnd I had no idea what it was either .. I think the description should also be included rather than just SWG.

ParticipantSWG – Sprouted Wheat Grain are breads that are made with sprouts and not flour – Ezekiel 4:9 bread. It’s very delicious – there is raisin bread, sesame seed bread – several kinds! I love the Raisin bread – especially with almond butter – Yummy!!! Essene is another type, but not as tasty in my opinion. You’ll find the Ezekiel in the Health area of grocery stores like HyVee or Health Food Stores! You’ll love it!

MemberOkay, I also just started, or am about to start anyways. I feel better not being the only one that didn’t know what SWG stood for. I have heard of Ezekiel bread though and know our local health food store sells it. Guess I better go get some.
