Do you have to sprout your own grains then grind your own flour? I have not been able to find this anywhere. Yes, I am a newby and I was hoping to use this soon in my recipes because it sounds wonderful but if I have to sprout then grind I won’t be able to enjoy it any time soon. Does someone know something I don’t about this? Please help!
Your info package has all the info. Its bread loafs sold in grocery stores. Google it.
depends on where your from.I’m from alberta Canada and we actually dont have SWG bread of SWG flour not even in the organic stores so i try to not eat much bread and if i do i eat bread that you can physically see the grains in. and the flour i use whole wheat flour. i hope that helps
Thank you for your comments. The reason I ask is that I have seen a couple recipes that call for the SWG flour. I love sprouted grains and thought this sounded so good. I guess I will stick with other flours when I bake. Thank you again!
