    What is Sprout whole grain? I never heard of it and can a diabetic use it.

    They are definitely recommended for diabetics.

    I found that some grocery stores, BiLo, Publix… carry Ezekiel Bread 4:9 in there frozen food dept. it is all natural, grain sprouted.
