    What is SWG? How do I find SWG breads/wraps?

    Hi, Crystal9. SWG stands for “sprouted whole grain”. You can read more about it here – http://www.trimdownclub.com/what-is-swg-bread/. SWG products (generally just called sprouted) are available at health-oriented stores such as Whole Foods Market, as well as online, including Amazon.
