    SWG stands for sprouted whole grain. This means that the grain is left intact and allowed to develop enzymes prior to milling and incorporation into baked goods, which aids in digestion of the grain.

    SWG products are available at health-oriented grocery stores, including large chains such as Trader Joes and Whole Foods, as well as online at http://www.foodforlife.com.
