    My menu has 1/2 cup SWG cereal with milk, but doesn’t give the proportions. Does the same for oatmeal. How much milk are they looking at?

    Suggestion: take one serving of the milk. For example this morning I had 1/2 C SWG cereal with almond milk, low fat. The serving for the almond milk is 1 Cup. (40 cal). You can’t really go wrong if you use the milks that are on the plan and read the label for the serving size.
