I am unsure what to look for at the store. I did not see anything with the notation of SWG on any flour bags. I saw 100% whole grain, etc. Is there a specific SWG Flour that I should be looking for?
Hi, Marsha. 100% whole grain is excellent, especially if it does not have any hydrogenated oils. As for SWG, it will simply note “sprouted” in the name or in the ingredients list.
