What are SWG cereals and grains? i see what it stands for but have never heard of them i dont know if i can get them in Ireland? Also what is RAW granola?

Hi Min, SWG means sprouted whole grain. If you are going to find these it will most likely be in a Whole Foods type store. I’ve not gone looking yet but I understand the bread is sometimes in the refrigerated section.
Raw granola simply means it is not cooked…almost too easy 😉
Lots of the recipes I have found do call for dehydrated fruit, so you will either need to have a dehydrator or buy the stuff already dried. I have included a link to a Raw Granola recipe site, hope it helps. Have a great evening & happy losing! Dory
