    Hi I’m new and for one of my breakfasts I have 2 waffles. Am I allowed to have syrup on those waffles or no?

    Hi, ameuzela. You are allowed up to 1 tablespoon total of maple syrup. We do suggest avoiding artificial syrups made with refined sugars.
