So, what is the basic concept of TDC? I’ve seen patterns and trends within meals and snacks, ( proteins, good fats, etc…) So, is it “overall” nutrition, or MUST you pair, or EAT combinations or types of foods in Oder to get results? I hope I’ve made my question clear enough!
Hi, Maedwards9. The basic concept is to avoid processed and refined foods, but beyond that, it is overall good nutrition and to have carbohydrates accompanied by protein as much as possible.
