I just wanted to ask if there is a way for me to fit in a cup of tea in my planner (preferally in the morning)
Hi, aamran. Tea is encouraged in this plan, and by itself is a “free” beverage – meaning it doesn’t have any significant amounts of protein, carbohydrates, or fats, and so does not need to be counted.
What would need to be counted is any sweetener or whitener.
What about creamer? Also Stevia? Are those two things allowed?
just wondering can I have coffee – no sugar?
Hi, jaismum. Absolutely! Try to limit it to under 4 cups (240 ml) per day, thhough.
