    (1) When I click on ounces instead of grams in the menu page and then go to print my menu for the week, it comes out in grams. How do I get it to print in ounces? (2) How can I tell how many grams of Carbs, Proteins, and Fats equal 1 carb, protein, and fat? This is when I decide to exchange a food for something that is not on the TDC list. Thank you.

    Hi, pasjj5. I have forwarded your first query to tech support. As for the second, click on exchange mode(the third icon from the left in the tool bar just above your finished menu).
