I live in the UK, I cannot get Tempeh anywhere. What do I substitute this with? At the moment I am replacing it with tofu. Just started this plan.

Hi, Julie, and welcome! Tofu is a great replacement, especially if organic. The most reliable tempeh sources for the UK tend to be online, including Goodness Direct (http://www.goodnessdirect.co.uk/cgi-local/frameset/detail/277501_Impulse_Foods_Organic_Frozen_Plain_Tempeh_227g.html), Fresh Tempeh (http://www.freshtempeh.co.uk/), Planet Organic (http://www.planetorganic.com/tofu-tempeh/), and Veggie Stuff (http://www.veggiestuff.com/tofu-seitan-tempeh).
